Autumn Capelle Hoag

For nearly two decades, Autumn has been known for her thoughtful approach, sharp attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to helping clients with high quality work that yields desired outcomes. Autumn joined Brown & Carlson as a Law Clerk and became a Shareholder in 2018 while continuing to hone her expertise, particularly in the areas of workers’ compensation defense for health systems, school districts, and construction companies.

Leading with strong interpersonal skills and a data-driven mindset, she conscientiously caters her legal practice to the specific needs of her clients to provide detailed assessments and legal analysis. With notable achievements that include an oral argument before the Minnesota Supreme Court in 2020 and an invitation to be a speaker at the 2024 Minnesota Employers Workers’ Compensation Alliance, Autumn is respected not only by her clients and peers, but also by colleagues.

Outside the office, Autumn finds joy in spending time with her husband and two daughters, reading, listening to podcasts, traveling and attending live theater productions, including off-Broadway performances.
