Penny joined Brown & Carlson in 1997. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1983 and her J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1986. She practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense. Penny is a frequent lecturer for Employers, Insurers and TPAs on various workers’ compensation topics. In her spare time, Penny enjoys spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
