Highly experienced in general litigation defense, with a strong focus on workers’ compensation defense in Minnesota and Wisconsin for large self-insured employers, Nick Micheletti joined Brown & Carlson in 2012. Since then, he has helped countless clients bring cases to resolution, all while rising through the ranks at Brown & Carlson to become Senior Shareholder in 2020.

Thorough and responsive, Nick brings a deep passion for advocacy to every case. Equally strong is his commitment to building strong relationships, grounded in his belief that a cohesive team is essential to fueling success, both in and out of the courtroom.  Outside of work, Nick funnels his passion into cheering on the Vikings, spending time with family, traveling and enjoying the outdoors of northern Minnesota.
