Kali A. Russen

Kali joined Brown & Carlson in 2022, bringing with her a strong background in workers’ compensation defense and a client-focused approach to legal advocacy.

She is recognized for her detailed case analysis and strategic litigation style, working in close partnership with employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators. Kali is skilled at assessing claim exposure, identifying early resolution opportunities, and crafting customized defense strategies that align with each client’s goals. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive communication help ease the legal process for clients and ensure no aspect of a case is overlooked.

Outside the practice of law, Kali enjoys home remodeling projects, her Peloton, and sailing. She also shares her home with three spirited rescue dogs—Lilly, Link, and Higgins—who bring energy, humor, and companionship to her daily life.
