Jordan combines legal expertise with a deep understanding of employer needs, guiding clients through the challenges of workers’ compensation litigation and special fund matters. Joining Brown & Carlson in 2018, Jordan works with employer representatives, claims administrators, and small business owners—often uninsured for workers’ compensation liability—in matters involving the special compensation fund. Licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, he also handles complex workers’ compensation litigation, including jurisdictional and multi-party disputes, and works with the WCRA when policy limits are at issue.
Collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique needs and anticipating the progression of claims and litigation are skills Jordan has honed through years of dedicated legal practice. He takes pride in delivering detailed and concise analysis to support his legal recommendations, ensuring his clients are well-positioned to make informed decisions at every stage of the process.
Outside of his legal work, Jordan enjoys spending time outdoors with family, on the lake, camping, hunting, fishing, and cultivating a variety of hot peppers in his garden.
