Gregory R. Broos

Greg’s 32-year career—and his role as the former Managing Shareholder of the firm—reflect a legacy of success built on experience, leadership, and a friendly, straightforward approach that clients and colleagues value. Now retired and working part-time as a mediator, his trustworthy and pragmatic contributions continue to help strengthen and build the firm, albeit from warmer climates when the weather turns.

A frequent lecturer for employers, insurers and TPAs across numerous workers’ compensation topics and always willing to provide counsel, Greg continues to contribute to the legal field and to the firm. When not dipping his toes back into the pre-retirement pool, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and friends outdoors, both during our Minnesota summers and on trips to warm-weather destinations in the winter.
