Beth brings zealous advocacy to her practice at Brown & Carlson. Drawing from a deep foundation in workers’ compensation defense since 2016, she advises and represents employers, insurers and self-insured employers in all matters related to workers’ compensation, frequently conducting seminars and educational training.
Guided by her diligence and client-first approach, Beth manages cases through every stage of litigation, from initial analysis and valuation of a claim through settlement or trial. Her vast experience also encompasses appellate work at the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, including several notable workers’ compensation cases.
Outside the office, Beth enjoys time with her husband and two children. She’s a dedicated sports fan, concertgoer, and volunteers as a mock trial competition judge.
