Colette Bruder

Colette joined Brown & Carlson in 2024 as a Law Clerk and is on track to become an Associate upon her bar admission in October 2025. She brings an editor’s eye to her work, shaped by her experience as Articles Editor for the University of St. Thomas Journal of Law and Public Policy.

With impeccable attention to detail, Colette supports all aspects of case preparation, research, and litigation document management to help the team prepare for hearings, trials, and settlements. Colette’s versatility and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments enable her to serve clients with efficiency and focus. Internally, her commitment to clear communication, openness to feedback, and emphasis on collaboration make her a vital contributor to achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

Away from the office, Colette loves exploring new restaurants across the Twin Cities, playing the viola (which she began in third grade), and volunteering with Wills for Heroes and Twin Cities Fight for Air Climb.
